The Corporate Supplier Industrialization team plays a critical role in ensuring supplier readiness, launch execution, and manufacturing success across Lucid’s vehicle programs. The team partners closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Program Management, Supplier Quality, and external suppliers to drive accountability, visibility, and operational excellence throughout the product development and launch lifecycle. Through robust quality systems, supplier engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, the team helps identify risks early, improve execution, and enable successful vehicle launches.
