About this job

In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of Insurance Infrastructure You will: Lead the collection, compilation, and validation of underwriting data for insurance renewals across all lines of business. Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests and review incoming vendor/contractor COIs to ensure compliance with Waymo's risk management standards. Review insurance binders, endorsements, policy documentation, and premium invoicing to verify precision against negotiated program terms and retentions. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Operations) as the point of contact for routine insurance inquiries and requirements. Coordinate day-to-day processes with external partners, including insurance brokers, insurers, and other parties.…
