About this job

In this hybrid role, you will report to Business System Lead. You will: Lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions like HRSD, ITSM, WSD and Custom Apps, seamlessly embedding AI-powered features across the platform ecosystem. Architect and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow, external APIs, and large language models (LLMs) using Integration Hub and Custom Skill Kits. Design, build, and deploy custom generative AI workflows and contextual prompts using Now Assist Skill kit Establish code governance, standard development patterns, and rigorous security guardrails for AI agent orchestration and autonomous workflows.…
