About the role Training and serving frontier AI models requires data center capacity at a scale and pace that conventional delivery models were not built for. Anthropic's Data Center Capacity Delivery team embeds with developers, general contractors, and third-party partners to take leased and partnered sites from deal close through floor access and operational handover as fast as they can safely be built. As the Reporting and Controls Lead, you'll own the single view of where every project in the delivery portfolio stands: consolidated milestone tracking from early floor access through floor access and ready-for-service, the integrity of the data behind it, and the capacity projections leadership plans against.…
