In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will own the Workday Compensation module end-to-end — from configuration and testing to running complex, company-wide compensation cycles for our global workforce. While Compensation is your primary domain, you will also flex across HCM, Payroll, and Benefits to support evolving project demands, backlog priorities, and team capacity needs throughout the year.
