We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the analytics, reporting and technical optimization capabilities used to operate InterSystems Managed Services. This role will own the strategy and delivery of service level dashboards in Power BI, architect an AI-augmented metrics service on InterSystems IRIS and provide senior level IRIS development and application tuning expertise for managed service offerings. The Senior Analyst will independently lead cross-functional initiatives, establish standards, influence application and service design and serve as the escalation point for complex analytics, data-quality and performance challenges.…
