About the Role As the Director of Partnerships - Consultants & Health Plans, you are the engine behind Rula’s B2B growth. You’ll build high-trust partnerships across top benefit consultants and health plan sales teams to fuel our Middle Market and National Accounts pipeline. Leading discussions end-to-end, you will navigate self-funded and fully insured dynamics to challenge status-quo thinking and position Rula as the premier behavioral health solution. We’re seeking a high-energy, consultative seller with a background in healthcare sales and high-growth digital mental health. You excel at translating complex value propositions, from quick elevator pitches to deep dives on claims economics, backed by strong CRM discipline and a West Coast presence (or deep regional network).…
