ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Technical Accounting to lead our Technical Accounting team in our next phase of growth. This is a high-profile position that will play a critical role in addressing a wide variety of complex technical accounting matters, lead purchase accounting for an active M&A pipeline, and other related topics. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the Company to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives within the Finance organization. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Technical Accounting and M&A, who has responsibility for all technical accounting matters and leads Finance’s M&A process from diligence through integration.…
