Supervisory responsibility of non-gaming revenue audit team. Reviews work product of non-gaming revenue audit team and ensures work is completed timely. Leadership responsibility for compliance with company internal controls and policies. Leadership responsibility to coach, mentor, and train non-gaming revenue audit team. Leadership responsibility to meet non-gaming revenue audit Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to properties and other key stakeholders. Ensure workload is distributed appropriately to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize and improve services provided. Innovative: Looks at issues from a fresh viewpoint and adapts to the changes created by the environment. Willing to take risk and explore the new, untested, and unknown.…
