About this job

The purpose of this job is to perform routine AP accounting activities such as invoice processing via the company’s ERP system, payment research and vendor payment processing. Process large volumes of invoices via interfaces within the company’s ERP system, in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy. Process large volumes of payments to vendors in accordance with company policy and vendor contractual agreements. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and ensure proper support is archived for audits and compliance standards. Work with vendors and internal team members to resolve payment discrepancies. Ensure that transaction entry verification procedures are followed.…
