About this job

Account Management Associate to own the onboarding and ongoing success of employers with fewer than 3,000 employees. In this role, you'll help employers launch quickly, navigate our Employer Portal, and access the tools and resources they need to successfully promote their Rula benefit. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employers, ensuring they have a seamless experience from onboarding through long-term engagement. You'll partner closely with Broker Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver customized communications, support employer campaigns, answer questions, and identify opportunities to increase awareness and utilization of the Rula benefit.…
