About this job

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you’ll guide customers through the technical side of their post-sale journey with 1Password—from implementation and integration through adoption, expansion, and renewal. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on identity, access management, device trust, and Software as a Service (SaaS) security while helping customers achieve measurable value from their investment. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Implementation and Onboarding, Product, Support, and Enablement teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Implementation, this role is remote within Canada or the United States and may include occasional travel for team onboarding, customer meetings, industry events, and department gatherings.…
