Your future starts here Im Hochschulpraktikum bei Swisscom (ab August/September) erhältst du einen vertieften Einblick in das Channel Management und Marketing. Du bist mitverantwortlich für Churn Prevention und Retention Management und trägst damit zur Umsatzsicherung bei. Zusammen mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Bereichen hast du die Möglichkeit, etwas zu bewegen. Du führst Markt- und Kundenanalysen durch, erstellst Reportings, überwachst die Performance und arbeitest eng mit den Business Analysten zusammen. Ausserdem konzipierst du Marketing- und Kundenbindungsmassnahmen, setzt sie um und überwachst ihren Erfolg. So tragen wir dazu bei, den Umsatz zu sichern und die Kundenbindung zu erhöhen.
