What You Own • The product decisions for your team's area of the BLP Platform: what gets built, in what order, and why. • The outcomes your team is accountable for, not the output. • Discovery: understanding the users and customers in your area deeply enough that you can make most decisions yourself, and knowing which decisions need evidence first. What You Shape With Us • The product strategy for your area, in partnership with product leadership and the domain experts. • How the product organization works as it scales: intake, prioritization, and the operating rhythm. We are actively iterating these, and we want the people doing the work to shape them. • The standard for product management at BLP, which is still being set.
