YOUR CHALLENGE Supports the RM and team in client interaction in all respects Attends to incoming calls and takes prompt action Maintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences. Creates system-based reports for the RM Provides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, giving neither advice nor any statement of opinion as value judgement Processes orders, trades, transactions, payments placement (outside e-channels) and handles and executes clients’ requests Helps to promote the usage and adoption of our dedicated Intermediaries & FO e-channels Monitors the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; takes action where instruction is standard, seeks instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and required Organises and follows up client…
