Nach der erfolgreichen Einarbeitung als Teamleiter/in Produktion (Schneid- und Verpackungsanlagen) sind Sie verantwortlich für: Personelle und fachliche Führung sowie Entwicklung von ca. 20-25 Mitarbeitern im 4-Schichtbetrieb Organisation und Sicherstellung eines effizienten des Tagesgeschäfts an den Schneid- und Verpackungsanlagen - Shopfloor Management Sicherstellung der Lieferbereitschaft Sicherstellung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards Festlegung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsmassnahmen Optimierung der Produktions- und Arbeitsprozesse mit Fokus auf LEAN Management sowie Reduktion von Verlusten von Prozessen an den Anlagen wie auch im administrativen Bereich Erstellung und regelmässige Überarbeitung von Standards und internen Dokumenten …
