As our Senior Technician Refrigeration & Electrical Engineering (100%) based in Zurich with assignments across Switzerland, you will be the ultimate technical authority for our fleet of connected fridges and coffee machines. You will leave your technical mark, establish clean root-cause analyses, and elevate our 12-person technician team to the next level. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead complex component-level fault diagnostics on our refrigeration units and coffee machines as the final escalation point Decide precisely between device faults, configuration errors, or telemetry issues through profound triage and a deep understanding of refrigeration cycles Take charge of technical documentation…
