End-to-End Ownership: You take ownership of a real, end-to-end project, from understanding operational needs to delivering a standardized, scalable alerting framework. Stakeholder Needs: You engage with different teams to identify critical monitoring requirements and analyzing which events truly require alerting versus noise reduction. Grafana Alerting: You build and configure alerts in Grafana based on data from PostgreSQL, defining thresholds, triggers, and escalation logic. Cross-Team Alignment: You collaborate across facilities and backbone teams to drive consistency and harmonization of monitoring approaches. Alert Communication: You create and organize Microsoft Teams alert channels aligned with the right audience and ensure alerts reach the appropriate stakeholders at the right time…
