En tant que Stagiaire en innovation & gestion de projets, vous êtes intégrée ou intégré au cœur de l'équipe du Centre de l'innovation. Vous êtes un pilier pour catalyser les idées innovantes et projets novateurs des collaborateurs et collaboratrices des HUG en offrant un accompagnement en gestion de projet. Vous faites vivre la culture de l’innovation et de la créativité et soutenez la transformation au sein de l’institution. Vous êtes missionné ou missionnée pour créer les conditions favorables à l’émergence, à la maturation et à l’implémentation de nouveaux produits, services et améliorations de processus (applications, dispositifs médicaux, outils, solutions organisationnelles, etc.), en vous appuyant sur des approches collaboratives et centrées utilisateurs.…
