As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will be responsible for accelerating AI adoption across the Technology department while helping the wider organization identify and implement high-impact AI initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head Talent & Methodology, you will work closely with Engineering Managers, the Tech Drive (Technical Governance), Communities of Practice, Methodology, Human Resources, Product Strategy, Operational Products, and other business departments. Your mission is simple: Make AI a core engineering capability at Swissquote.
