Finance Analyst (d/w/m) JOB PURPOSE The Finance Business Partner plays a key role in the Switzerland MSO organization (~CHF 300m turnover), supporting forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making with an ownership mindset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Management Lead monthly financial reporting cycle (Actual and Forecast) Support the sales and operations planning process and improve forecast accuracy. Monitor and challenge Brand & Marketing investment budget Monitor and challenge Overhead budget in liaison with Financial Excellence Team Analyze Gross Margin movements (GMVA) and drive actions to improve profitability Monitor business performance and implement actions to achieve annual financial targets Monitor working Capital with a strong focus on debtor management S…
