Für ein Hardware-Refresh-Projekt suchen wir einen IT Support Mitarbeiter zur Unterstützung beim Austausch von rund 1'300 Endgeräten. Du bist Teil des lokalen IT-Support-Teams und unterstützt Mitarbeitende beim Gerätewechsel, richtest neue Arbeitsplätze ein und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Rollout der neuen Hardware. Aufgaben Unterstützung der Endanwender beim Austausch auf neue Laptops Einrichtung und Konfiguration neuer Geräte inklusive M365, OneDrive, SharePoint und Mailboxen Vorbereitung, Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Hardware Verwaltung der IT-Assets und Dokumentation der Geräte Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben sowie im täglichen IT-Support
