Für unser Hörcenter in Olten suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Fachberater*in 100% (m/w/d) IHRE AUFGABE Als erste Kontaktperson für unsere Kunden gewährleisten Sie einen umfassenden, speditiven und dienstleistungsorientierten Kundenservice. Sie vereinbaren und überwachen die Kundentermine, unterstützen unseren Hörgeräteakustiker bei der Umsetzung von Verkaufsfördermassnahmen und pflegen die Kundendatenbank. Zu den weiteren Aufgaben gehören der Verkauf von Zusatzgeräten sowie Zubehörartikel und einfachere Servicearbeiten an Hörsystemen. Sie erledigen administrative Arbeiten selbständig und sind verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.…
