We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Finance Support, or a similar operational environment. You have hands-on experience in invoicing, operational reporting, KPI tracking, and service performance management, combined with strong analytical skills and a passion for data accuracy and process excellence. Experience working with SLAs, governance frameworks, and service delivery models is highly valued.
