Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Labor Standards Specialist, you support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the store labour standards model. Working closely with the Labor Standards Expert, you help ensure labour standards accurately reflect how work is performed in stores, enabling fair and data‑driven labour planning across store types, sizes and formats. You will: Support the update and maintenance of the labour standards model, ensuring time values and documentation are accurate and up to date Help validate that task times reflect real store work by gathering market feedback and operational insights Support documentation of methodologies, calculation logic and scaling rules in a clear and structured way Assist in planning and conducting time studies and wo…
