Vi är inte som andra fastighetsbolag. Vi är Balder! Vi genomför löpande ROT-renoveringar, stambyten och större projekt i våra bostadsfastigheter. Nu söker vi en projektkommunikatör som vill ha en central roll i kontakten med våra hyresgäster under projektens genomförande. Rollen är operativ och innebär att du ansvarar för kommunikationen med hyresgäster före, under och efter projekt. Du arbetar nära projektledare, entreprenörer, förvaltning och kundservice för att säkerställa tydlig information, fungerande samordning och en trygg upplevelse för de boende genom hela projektet.
