Om rollenI rollen som Servicekoordinator blir du en viktig del av serviceorganisationen och arbetar nära planering, tekniker, servicechefer, sälj och andra interna funktioner. Rollen är bred och varierande. Du kommer att få introduktion i Atlas Copcos arbetssätt och SAP-miljö, där en inledande upplärningsperiod med planeringsgruppen i Stockholm kan bli aktuell. Därefter är placeringen i Luleå.Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Skapa, administrera och följa upp order, serviceavtal och kundärenden i SAP. Hantera fakturering, krediterin…
