The opportunity As the Global Delivery Center Lead, you will take end to end responsibility for customer delivery — from tendering and order intake to after sales and customer care. You will ensure that our customers are supported throughout the full delivery cycle, and experiencing a seamless customer experience and a high-performing delivery center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a diverse and globally distributed team, located mainly in India and Sweden, with both customer facing roles and order management specialists. A key part of your mission is to further shape the organization: strengthening team structure, developing capabilities, recruiting where needed, and clarify-ing the setup for after sales management.
