BIM Technician - Riga, Latvia

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our Studio Design Team in Riga. The role requires a strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles to ensure that all BIM content and documentation meet project requirements. You will work across all design stages, from concept to delivery, supporting both local and international projects. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Guide design stages from concept development to final documentation. Develop and maintain detailed BIM models, families, and specifications. Prepare accurate data for printing, production, and project documentation. Assist in sourcing materials and products required for design projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Estimate required time for deliverables and manage deadlines effectively. Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and in line with team guidelines. Proactively suggest new solutions, processes, and structures to improve efficiency. Conduct site visits and travel to business locations to collect planning data. Facilitate effective use of Revit and cloud-based collaboration systems (e.g., BIM 360). WHAT WE ASK OF YOU Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (including cloud-based workflows such as BIM 360). Strong ability to create and manage BIM content, including families, templates, and libraries, in line with best practices. Experience with 2D and 3D models. Knowledge of other CAD software or data analytics tools is considered an advantage. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and cultures. Professional proficient in spoken and written English (knowledge of English is required, as the company is international and it is necessary to communicate in English with foreign colleagues daily). WHAT WE OFFER IN EXCHANGE Monthly salary from 2250 EUR to 2700 EUR gross/per month. Health insurance from the first day of employment. Paid parking next to the office as required.
