Job Description As a Business Process Partner, you play a key role in strengthening IKEA’s ability to work in an effective, efficient, and end-to-end aligned way across the value chain. You shape, improve, and maintain business processes within your scope, always with the IKEA totality and long-term development in mind. Working closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), process leaders, digital product teams, and operational stakeholders, you translate business needs into scalable, future-ready process solutions.
