We combine consulting services with the development of our own digital products — including Vacation Buddy, a vacation-planning platform that helps users make the most of their annual leave by combining public holidays, weekends, and vacation days. As we enter our next stage of growth, we are strengthening our digital marketing capabilities across both consulting projects and Vacation Buddy. About the role We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist – Growth & Consulting to join our team in Stockholm. This is a varied role combining digital marketing consulting for Blynthor's clients with product growth work for Vacation Buddy, including its expansion into the United Kingdom and selected European markets. You will work directly with Blynthor's founders and have real influence over how the company's marketing function develops. This is well suited to someone early-to-mid career who wants broad exposure across consulting and product marketing, rather than a narrow, single-channel specialist role. Main duties Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients and for Vacation Buddy Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Conduct market, competitor, keyword, and audience research Work with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders Support CRM and marketing automation activities Use AI-powered tools for research, content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization Qualifications Required: 2–4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and SEM Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work directly with clients Meritorious (advantageous, not required): Master's degree in Digital Marketing Experience in a digital marketing agency or consulting environment UK or international digital marketing experience Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, or digital platforms LinkedIn Campaign Manager or TikTok Ads experience CRM/marketing automation, email or content marketing experience Conversion rate optimization and A/B testing experience What we offer A varied role spanning digital marketing consulting and product growth Direct collaboration with the founders and real influence over how the marketing function is built Hands-on involvement in expanding Vacation Buddy into the UK and European markets Exposure to a range of clients, industries, and technology/AI-driven projects Hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days/week from home) How to apply Send the following to careers@blynthor.se: Your CV/résumé A short cover letter explaining your interest in the role.
