About the Role You will take on a key role in a global industrial and technology environment where manufacturing investments are central to long-term production capability and operational development. In this role, you will lead medium-sized to large projects from planning to completion, with full responsibility for scope, quality, cost, schedule, and safety. You will work in a complex setting with many stakeholders, where success depends on clear structure, strong leadership, and the ability to move projects forward even when priorities evolve. Job DescriptionYou will lead manufacturing investment projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion. You will drive delivery against agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality targets, and contractual commitments. You will create structure in the project by defining responsibilities, priorities, working methods, and clear ways of collaborating. You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to secure progress across all project activities. You will follow up on milestones, risks, costs, and overall project performance, and act quickly when adjustments are needed. You will ensure that Health, Safety & Environment requirements and internal policies are integrated throughout project execution. You will build strong collaboration across functions and stakeholders, and help teams stay aligned around common goals. You will communicate project status clearly and create confidence among stakeholders throughout the delivery. RequirementsProven experience in project management within manufacturing, industrial operations, production, or a similar technical environment. Experience leading manufacturing investments, industrialization projects, production development projects, or other significant investment projects. Strong experience managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and project follow-up. Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Strong leadership skills with a clear focus on results and delivery. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward in a structured way. Professional proficiency in English. Nice to haveProfessional proficiency in Swedish.
