Role overview We're looking for a Process Engineer with a systematic approach to experimentation and the drive to turn lab results into real infrastructure, to join our core team. You'll own the development and iteration of our supercritical CO₂ recycling process, from defining operating conditions to commissioning equipment on-site in Borås. Working closely with our R&D engineers and external partners, you'll bring rigour to uncertainty and move fast without cutting corners. Your Mission Process Development Design and run scCO₂ and sub-critical fluid experiments; define operating conditions using phase equilibria and thermodynamic modelling Develop and iterate on the textile treatment process, tracking yield, fibre quality, and energy efficiency as key outputs Design structured experiment…
