Manager Automation & Electrical Engineering Would you like to combine leadership and technology and take an important role in the continued development of Quintus? As Manager Automation & Electrical Engineering, you will lead a skilled engineering team during an exciting phase of change and development. You will work close to both people and technology, with strong collaboration across the company. At Quintus Technologies, we are the global leader in advanced high-pressure technology, delivering innovative systems to customers across a wide range of industries. From our headquarters in Västerås, we develop, manufacture and deliver advanced high-pressure systems used around the world – from aerospace and energy to medical technology, automotive and food processing. The Role As Manager Automation & Electrical Engineering, you will lead a skilled team of engineers working with automation and electrical design. You are responsible for the team, its competence and resources, creating the right conditions to deliver with quality and efficiency. You will work close to the team, providing direction and support while giving people the trust and space to use their expertise. As Quintus continues to evolve, you will also lead the team through change, creating clarity and engagement while developing the function and its ways of working. Collaboration is a natural part of the role, with close connections across Quintus. Building strong relationships and understanding the business as a whole will be important to succeed. Your Profile You have a solid technical background in automation or electrical engineering and a strong understanding of how the two disciplines work together. Experience from an industrial engineering environment with technically advanced products, machines or systems provides a strong foundation for the role. You have experience leading others in a technical environment and a genuine interest in developing people and teams. You are an engaging and confident leader who creates direction, builds commitment and brings out the best in others. You have experience driving change and leading teams in an evolving organization. As a leader, you are approachable and collaborative. You communicate clearly, build trust and create strong relationships. We believe you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience. You are comfortable communicating in English.
