About the Role You will join a global retail environment where digital products support concept development, franchise operations, and expansion across an omnichannel business. In this role, you will help evolve a concept review tool beyond MVP, combining full-stack engineering with solution architecture and modern AI capabilities. The work sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and UX. You will contribute to a forward-looking setup where agentic ways of working are used to explore ideas quickly, prototype new capabilities, and build solutions that connect AI agents with enterprise systems in a secure and scalable way. Job DescriptionYou will continue the solution design and software development of a digital review tool, covering both frontend and backend. You will design and build agentic applications, including agent architecture, orchestration flows, state handling, evaluation, and observability. You will create workflows that combine planning, reasoning, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop interactions. You will develop user-facing functionality in React and TypeScript with a strong focus on component-driven UI, accessibility, and UX-led implementation. You will build backend services in C# and.NET, and work with API design, integrations, and Backend-for-Frontend patterns. You will connect the solution to enterprise systems, databases, and headless CMS capabilities where needed. You will help drive secure, cloud-based delivery using containerised environments, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD. You will collaborate closely across disciplines and support experimentation, learning, and shared capability building around AI-enabled product development. RequirementsStrong practical experience in several areas related to agentic AI, such as agent architecture, design patterns, orchestration, multi-agent systems, memory and state management, evaluation, testing, guardrails, observability, and production operations. Experience with tool or function calling, planning and reasoning patterns, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and/or equivalent approaches for agent-tool integration. Experience building secure integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems. Strong frontend development skills in React and TypeScript. Experience with CSS, Styled Components, state management, component-driven UI, design systems, and accessibility according to WCAG. Strong backend development skills in C# and.NET. Experience with Backend-for-Frontend architecture, REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI, database technologies, and SQL. Experience with cloud-hosted applications, containerised environments, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices. Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts, information security, data privacy, and Azure cloud services. English required.
