We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern (4–6 months) who wants hands-on experience working closely with customers in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. In this role, you will support our Senior Customer Success Manager in ensuring our customers get maximum value from Sid. This means helping customers operationally, handling requests, assisting with support, and improving how we deliver customer success. You will also work on internal projects to improve processes, documentation, and playbooks, helping us scale our Customer Success organization as we grow.
