Consultant Acquisition Specialist to Global Retailer in Stockholm

We are seeking a Consultant Acquisition Specialist for a contract assignment with a global retail company based in Stockholm. This role sits within the People Life Cycle team and focuses on managing the end-to-end consultant engagement lifecycle for staff augmentation demand. About the role In this position, you will ensure accurate administration, traceability, and compliance in recruitment systems. You will manage incoming requests, challenge unclear demand, lead competitive sourcing through supplier networks, and support candidate selection and fee alignment. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end consultant engagement lifecycle in relevant VMS systems. Validate intake submissions and clarify scope with internal stakeholders. Lead competitive sourcing via preferred supplier networks and manage exceptions. Select suppliers, evaluate submissions, build shortlists, and provide structured feedback. Support selection and rate alignment while maintaining cost discipline. Handle extensions, offboarding, and compliance escalations in collaboration with Procurement. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in consultant acquisition, contingent workforce coordination, or procurement-supported hiring. Hands-on experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), KPI tracking, and reporting. Strong background in stakeholder management, supplier relations, and process coordination. Relevant degree or equivalent background in HR, Business, Procurement, or Operations. Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Onsite availability in Stockholm (100% onsite, no remote work). Assignment details Location: Stockholm Duration: 2026-09-14 – 2027-03-31 Allocation: 100% About the assignment For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
