We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the platform that powers Bryq's talent intelligence products. You will work on complex, high-impact problems, from improving the reliability and performance of our assessment delivery infrastructure to building the data pipelines and APIs that connect our psychometric engine to the products our clients use every day. This is a role for an experienced engineer who is comfortable taking ownership of significant technical areas, mentoring less experienced colleagues, and contributing to architectural decisions.
