Its mission is to design, establish, and manage the legal and operational frameworks that enable BBVA to issue structured securities, repackaging transactions, and securitization vehicles, ensuring that products, issuance platforms and programs operate efficiently. About the job: Role Purpose: Support the establishment, maintenance and governance of issuers and structured securities issuance programmes, ensuring the availability of issuance capabilities and compliance with regulatory, legal and operational requirements.
