Buscamos un/a profesional que actúe como punto de apoyo fundamental para la oficina, garantizando la correcta gestión administrativa y operativa de clientes, programas de seguros y beneficios para empleados, así como el adecuado funcionamiento de los procesos comerciales y corporativos asociados al ciclo de negocio. La posición combinará funciones de atención y soporte a clientes, coordinación con aseguradoras y proveedores, gestión de procesos comerciales en CRM Dynamics y apoyo a la administración general de la oficina, contribuyendo activamente a la eficiencia operativa, la calidad del servicio y el crecimiento del negocio.
