Mission Reporting to the Growth Director, own the direct digital channel — traffic, funnel and conversion. Build the digital acquisition engine for the Spain launch and the playbook that scales it to subsequent markets. Scope Spain at launch; multi-market as the venture expands. The role is central in scope: one digital engine serving all markets, based in Madrid. Essential responsibilities Own paid acquisition end to end: search, social, comparison-site listings — budget, targeting, creative testing, optimisation Own website and app conversion: the signup flow, A/B testing roadmap, cart-abandon recovery, campaign landing pages Own the referral channel: mechanics, incentives, tracking — build referral into a growing share of new customers Own experimentation end to end: A/B and proposition…
