This is a hands-on role requiring broad technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues swiftly and discreetly — before they ever impact the household's experience. The ideal candidate takes full ownership of the property's condition, manages external contractors with confidence, and ensures every system, space, and surface is always in perfect working order.
