Serás responsable de dar la bienvenida a los clientes que lleguen al Restaurante, deberás asignarles una mesa y explicarles el concepto y el menú del restaurante. Serás el/la encargado/a de dar a conocer las promociones y de dar cualquier información que requiera el cliente acerca del Restaurante. ¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? Antes del servicio, deberás revisar las reservas del día en curso para familiarizarte con posibles VIP’s y clientes regulares, e informar al Responsable de cada Restaurante. Saludar a los clientes y huéspedes del hotel a su llegada al Restaurante y escoltarles hasta la mesa asignada, cumpliendo con los estándares de la marca Gran Meliá.…
