Responsable del servicio de Restaurante, Bar y/o Banquetes o servicio. FUNCIONES: Controlar y asegurar del procedimiento de inventarios diario y mensuales de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería, centros de mesas, decorativos. Controlar y asegurar el procedimiento de mantenimiento preventivo, limpieza profunda, maquinaria del departamento de bares. Gestionar el costo asignado a su departamento. Cumplimiento del objetivo de ingreso por centro de consumo. Up-selling. Responsabilizarse de la operativa durante los Banquetes y/o Restaurante, asegurando la correcta preparación de las mesas. Gestionar el equipo a su cargo en la prestación de cada servicio, y controlando las tareas a desarrollar por el equipo de camareros/as.…
