MISIÓN Colaborar con el departamento de Guest Experience en todas aquellas tareas vinculadas a la mejora de la experiencia del cliente durante su estancia, aprendiendo a personalizar el servicio, gestionar incidencias, realizar seguimientos y aplicar estándares de marca para garantizar una experiencia memorable y alineada con los valores del hotel. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES Apoyar en la personalización de la experiencia del cliente, anticipándose a sus necesidades y colaborando en la superación de expectativas. Aprender y colaborar en el uso de herramientas de gestión de experiencia de cliente y en el seguimiento de resultados (Voz del Cliente). Apoyar en la gestión de incidencias y seguimiento de las mismas, participando en el diseño de soluciones y estrategias de mejora.…
