Ayudar a vigilar el estado de las instalaciones; Ayudar diariamente a los trabajos de mantenimiento identificados; Identificar e informar sobre cualquier posible problema técnico; Ayudar en las inspecciones rutinarias; Hacer un uso apropiado y efectivo de los suministros/existencias y consumibles para asegurar que no haya un exceso de existencias o pérdidas indebidas; Proporcionar especificaciones técnicas para el equipo y/o los bienes fungibles identificados como necesarios para las reparaciones diarias. Desempeñar cualquier otra tarea que se le asigne.
