Champion the Internship Program: Own and manage the end-to-end internship experience, ensuring our interns feel supported from day one through to graduation. Process Optimizer: Continuously audit and review our recruitment workflows. We value fresh eyes. If you see a way to make a process faster or better, you'll have the green light to suggest and implement improvements. TAP Team Support: Provide stellar ad-hoc support to the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) team on various occasions.
