Manage and execute small-scale operational purchases required for the successful delivery of the event, ensuring a rapid and efficient response to unforeseen needs across departments and operational areas. Key Responsibilities: Carry out urgent purchases and minor procurement requests submitted by Production and other authorized departments. Coordinate the collection, transportation, and delivery of materials, supplies, equipment, and consumables required for event operations. Maintain basic records of expenditures, purchase receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation. Identify and source suitable local suppliers, stores, and service providers to meet last-minute operational requirements.…
