Provide operational support in the management of hospitality areas, dressing rooms, and green rooms, ensuring that guests, artists, drivers/riders, ambassadors, speakers, and participants have access to the necessary spaces, services, and information throughout the event. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests, artists, and participants upon arrival at their designated areas. Support the setup, organization, and maintenance of dressing rooms, green rooms, and hospitality spaces. Monitor the availability of beverages, snacks, catering, and support materials, reporting any replenishment needs.
