Realizar la valoración inicial del estado de salud de los beneficiarios e identificar necesidades de atención sanitaria. Proporcionar cuidados de enfermería, incluyendo toma de constantes vitales, curas, administración de medicación, vacunas y otros procedimientos propios de su ámbito profesional. Identificar y realizar el seguimiento de personas con enfermedades crónicas, lesiones, infecciones u otras necesidades específicas de salud. Apoyar en la realización de pruebas diagnósticas y de cribado sanitario, incluyendo pruebas de antígenos cuando proceda. Apoyar en la prevención, detección y seguimiento de enfermedades transmisibles, incluyendo tuberculosis, VIH e infecciones respiratorias y de transmisión sexual.…
